| California Digital has just received a trailer of 21”
IBM brand CAD monitors. These monitors feature the Mitsubishi Diamondtron CRT, which
displays a large viewing area with a bright high contrast image. Monitors have a three
year IBM warranty. The IBM 9521-TO4 (21PT) is a multisyncing monitor with a maximum scan
frequency of 81.86 KHz. and a screen refresh rate to 152 Hz. Like all products offered by
California Digital, the IBM 9521 are new and shipped in factory sealed boxes. Monitor
connects to your PC via 15 pin VGA or 5-BNC connector cable. Twelve factory preset screen
modes for the most commonly used ratios along with ten user definable settings. Borderless
operation which maximizes viewing area. Pixel resolution to 1280 by 1024 along with a
special resolution of 1360 by 1024. Screen adjustments are conveniently located behind a
hidden door, directly below the screen. User adjustable controls include:
Brightness/contrast, three color tint corrections to correct for ambient light conditions.
Geometric controls to adjust: image size, position and rotational. Along with
pincushion-barrel and trapezoidal correction. RGB color convergence compensates for
varying magnetic operating environments. Exceeds Swedish MPR-II and TCO-91 guidelines for
reduced electromagnetic emissions. EPA Energy Star power conservation circuitry that is
activated when a sleep-mode instruction is received from your computer. IBM tilt and
swivel base and cables supplied. But the most exciting feature of the IBM 9521 color
monitor is it’s MicroTouch® capacitive touch screen with over one-million screen
touch-points. Capacitive touch-screen connects directly to your computer via a supplied
RS-232 cable. Same monitor without touch screen $859. Includes mouse emulation and
touch-pointing mode software for Windows, DOS and OS2. Other touch-screen drivers
available from MicroTouch Systems in Methuen, Massachusetts. Three year IBM warranty.
